Sterling's Biography
To truly dance with your own mortality has a way of putting life in perspective. It seems like a lifetime ago that I was a child recovering from a rare case of CAT SCRATCH DISEASE. The dedicated staff at the world renowned SickKids Hospital, in Toronto, quite literally saved my life. Their life saving gift allowed me to grow into a teenager who, among other things, had a passion for makeup.
I've always been artistic, so I found the beauty industry to be a natural outlet to showcase my creative expression. It gives me a sense of gratification knowing that I can positively contribute to a woman's self confidence. Since winged liner ( the iconic "Cat Eye") is a staple in my personal beauty routine, I dreamed of one day owning my own business in the beauty industry and naming it CAT EYE STUDIO.
Today, my childhood dream is a reality. My life is a combination of travel, horseback riding, immersing myself in nature, checking off bucket list items and using the face as a canvas to explore my creativity.
Life is beautiful and fragile and we are not always promised tomorrow, so I've made it my goal to find a career that to me is more like "play time" then a "job". I am doing what I am passionate about. What could be more purr-fect?
